legalbuzz is run by George Levett and PJ Singh. They met at a City of London law firm, where PJ led sales operations and George ran digital growth, and went on to build Conveyancer Plus, the UK’s first outsourced conveyancing sales team. That is where the data on this site comes from: 36,463 closed conveyancing enquiries across 22 UK firms, which showed that 42.8% of instructions are won on the day of enquiry and that conversion varies 17.6x between firms on the same lead source. Every page here is written by a named founder, checked against the SRA Code, dated and reviewed.
