legalbuzz is an SEO and AI search agency working with UK law firms. For data submitted through this website we are the data controller. Registered company details and our ICO registration number are available on request.

What we collect

Information you give us: the name, firm, email address, phone number and message you submit through the Visibility Audit form or by emailing us.

Information collected automatically: standard server logs and, where you consent, analytics data about how pages on this site are used.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a Visibility Audit for your firm (lawful basis: legitimate interests, or steps prior to entering a contract).

To operate, secure and improve this website (lawful basis: legitimate interests).

To send you marketing only where you have asked for it (lawful basis: consent). You can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Service providers who host this site, deliver our email and provide analytics, acting on our instructions under contract. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass your enquiry to other law firms or lead brokers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for six years afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these, email us.
