About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. Services provided to client firms are governed by a separate engagement letter, which takes precedence over anything on this page. legalbuzz's registered company details are available on request.
Use of this site
You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own or your firm's use. You may not republish substantial extracts, scrape the site at scale, or present our material as your own.
No legal advice
legalbuzz is a marketing agency, not a law firm, and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and content about SRA rules is general commentary - your firm remains responsible for its own compliance.
No guaranteed results
Search rankings and AI citations are determined by third parties whose systems change without notice. We commit to the scope of work in your engagement letter, not to a specific ranking, traffic figure or number of enquiries. Any figures shown in case studies describe past work for a particular firm and are not a forecast for yours.
Engagements and cancellation
We don't use lock-in contracts. Retainers run month to month unless your engagement letter says otherwise, with 30 days' notice on either side. Work completed up to the end of the notice period is payable.
Intellectual property
Content, strategy documents and assets we produce for a client transfer to that client on payment. The templates, frameworks and tools we use to produce them remain ours.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability in connection with the site or our services is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
